 Mr. Abou Abssi is GAZ’s Marketing Manager. His main responsibilities are to analyze potential property acquisitions for marketability to the investor clientele of the firm, and shall report upon his conclusions to the other GAZ executives to aid them in their decision to purchase. Mr. Abou Abssi is also responsible to promote certain properties for sale to potential buyers or lessees, advertising and promoting the property within the real estate industry and to investors directly. The marketing manager will also create micro- and macroeconomic projections concerning the regional economy for use in acquisition and sale.
The marketing manager’s assessments are realized through the use of consumer testing, analysis of consumer and technical trends, and projections as to future consumption demand, utilizing economic and social reporting technologies and results. Potential markets are further categorized according to factors such as region, age, income, and lifestyle.
